This wildlife tree planting was done through the "Reinvest in Minnesota" program. A variety of flowering and fruit bearing trees and shrubs, and evergreen trees were planted for wildlife food and cover. This land has a permanent easement on it and was planted into trees in 1992. Tree plantings can also be done through the Whitewater Watershed Project.
